Cancellation Policy

Our Booking Policy To provide you with the most accurate estimate, our team meets you directly at your project location. We value your time and have reserved this slot specifically for you. We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the scheduled appointment are subject to a $50 fee to compensate our team for their travel and time. This fee also applies in the event of a no-show. By booking, you agree to this policy. Appointment Scheduling: All on-site consultations and estimates must be scheduled in advance. You can book your appointment by phone, email, or through our website. Confirmation: After booking, a staff member will contact you to confirm the date, time, and address for your appointment. Access: Please ensure that our team has access to the relevant areas of your property at the scheduled time. Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any inconvenience. Late Arrivals: If you are running late or need to adjust the appointment time, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes.
